How long does order processing and shipping take?

Orders are processed and shipped from our retail store within 2-3 business days. Shipping is available Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Standard shipping is via FedEx with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days, however delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use the provided link to track your shipment status.

Is free shipping available?

we offer free Canada Post shipping within Canada on orders of $199 or more before tax. We also provide FREE IN-STORE PICKUP - simply select this option at checkout.

 How do I return online purchases?
  • Return Period: Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
  • Return Methods: Items purchased online may be returned by mail or in-store (if applicable)
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, typically taking 3-5 business days to process
  • Note: ALL ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE and cannot be returned
How can I cancel an order?

Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. If an order is refused without prior authorization, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.

When will I be charged for my order?

You will be charged once your order ships. A temporary authorization may be placed on your payment method at checkout, which will be released once the order ships and the final charge appears on your statement. You will only be charged for shipped items plus applicable shipping fees and taxes.
