Order fulfillment process

•  Orders are processed and shipped from our retail store within 2-3 business days. Shipping is available Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
•  Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via Fedex. Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 2-3 business days.

*Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors such as weather, traffic, or additional payment review.

*Please note that Fedex may experience longer-than-usual delivery times during periods of high shipment volume.

Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt Email

•  Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
•  You can use the link provided to track your shipment.

Free Shipping Policy

We offer free Canada Post shipping within Canada on orders of $199 or more before tax.

In Store Pick Up

We also offer FREE IN-STORE PICKUP at our store. Simply select this option at checkout if you prefer to pick up your order in person.
