How to Return Online Purchases

Return Request Email: Please email lacimeboutique@hotmail.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for return.
•  Refund Method: All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 35 business days.
•  Late Refunds: Contact your bank/credit card company after 10 business days.

*The original shipping charge and duties are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations & Refused Shipments

Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.If an order or any part of it is refused without prior authorization, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
